Action on this application is suspended pending the disposition of:

 

Action on this application is suspended pending receipt of a true copy, a photocopy, a certification, or a certified copy of a foreign registration from the applicant's country of origin.  If the registration is in a foreign language, an English translation must be submitted. The true copy, photocopy, certification, or certified copy of the registration should be forwarded to the Examining Attorney as soon as possible.  If the foreign application is abandoned, the Examining Attorney should be advised.

 

The following refusals/requirements are continued:

 

1]  The Section 2(d) refusal is continued as to Registration No. 2576972.  15 U.S.C. Section 1052(d).  The undersigned will fully address the applicant’s arguments against the Section 2(d) refusal once this application has been removed from suspension.

 

2]  Upon submission of the foreign registration documentation, the applicant must advise the undersigned as to whether it wishes to maintain or delete the additional Section 1(b) filing basis.  TMEP §§806.02(f) and 806.04(b).

 

3]   The amended identification of goods and statement as to no industry meaning for the wording in the mark are acceptable.
