Dear Mr. Goodsaid,
 
In connection with the above-referenced applications, the Applicant requests that the identifications of goods and services be amended as follows:
 

In Class 9:
 
1.    "receivers" would be amended to audio receivers;
 
2.    "tuners" would be amended to stereo tuners;
 
3.    "speakers" would be amended to audio speakers; and
 
4.    "convergence circuits" would be deleted.
 
In Class 11,  please amend "hobs" to "cooktops" so that the relevant part of the identification reads electric cooktops; induction cooktops.
 
In Class 16,  please delete "publications," from the identification.
 
Please amend the identification in Class 35 to read: Promoting the goods and services of others in the fields of communications, television, broadcasting, and cinematography through the distribution of printed and Internet advertising;  business management and consultation; providing television and radio advertising for others; document reproduction services; arranging of subscriptions for the newspapers of others. 
 
Please amend the identification in Class 38 to read:  Telecommunications services, namely,  electronic, electric, and digital transmission of voice, data, images, signals, and messages; television, radio, and video broadcasting; local and long distance telephone communications services; providing telecommunications connections to a global computer network.
 
In Class 41,  please delete "and design" so that the relevant part of the identification reads:  production of educational programs for radio, television, motion pictures, videocassettes, and DVDs.
 
In Class 42, please delete "consultants and representatives in the field of intellectual property" and replace it with intellectual property consultation.
 
Except for the changes outlined above, the identifications will remain as in our responses to your office actions.   After the changes outlined above, I believe the applications are in order for publication, but please let me know if any outstanding issues remain.  Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
