This is the second extension request.   The applicant has made the following ongoing efforts to use the mark in commerce on or in connection with each of those goods and/or services covered by the extension request: Applicant has made use of the goods, however, Applicant was unable to provide specimens prior to the deadline for filing the statement of use.

The applicant hereby appoints David N. Johnson, Esq. and Albert P. Mauro, Jr., Esq.; Barry M. Katz, Esq. of  Hallmark Cards, Incorporated, Legal Dept., MD#339, 2501 McGee Trafficway, Kansas City, MO USA 64108 to submit this Request for Extension of Time to File a Statement of Use on behalf of the applicant. The attorney docket/reference number is 14717-33-290-A.

A fee payment in the amount of $600 will be submitted with the form, representing payment for 4 classes.
