How are you? This is a reply E-mail for Serial Number: 76/437093, Lung Shing Fiber Co., Ltd. My father’s company has tried to apply a trademark through China Intellectual Property office. However, China Intellectual Property office misunderstood what my father’s purpose for this application. In fact, my father only wants to apply for the goods which only classified in Class 24. Can we get the registered trademark, if we only apply for the goods which only classified in Class 24 and also exclude anything which is not classified in Class 24? Do we need to pay anything more, if we exclude anything which is not classified in Class 24? Could you please help us to correct the application form, if we can get the trademark successfully? Could you also please tell us what we should do next and send the information to my E-mail which is chennorman@hotmail.com
