NOTICE OF SUSPENSION
This letter responds to the applicant’s communication filed on July 19, 2004. The applicant requested the suspension of the application pending the cancellation of U.S. Registration No. 2787696. Action on this application is suspended for 6 months until the Examining Attorney can determine whether the cited registration will be canceled under §8 or expire under §9. 37 C.F.R 2.67.
The refusal to register the mark under Section 2(d) of the Trademark Act is continued pending the disposition of the cancellation proceeding.
