The registrant requests the following amendment(s) to registration no. 2693221 TELEGRAPH(Standard Characters) has been amended as follows:

EXPLANATION OF FILING

Registrant wishes to correct the error of identifying itself by a name under which it does business (“Fournitures Hospitalieres”), and amend the registration to state its full legal name which is “Etablissement Fournitures Hospitalieres.”  (See TMEP Section 1201.02(c)1 ).  The change/amendment is being requested pursuant to a  “good faith” filer error.  In applying to register “TELEGRAPH”  Etablissement Fournitures Hospitalieres was the owner of the mark, but it mistakenly set out an abbreviation for its name, namely, “Fournitures Hospitalieres.”  For the record, the French word “Etablissement” translates as “Establishment” or “business,” and is therefore is akin to omitting “Inc.” as is often done in the United States.  All other information in the original application was true and correct at time of filing.  For these reasons, the registrant respectfully requests that the Post Registration Division correct or amend U.S. Registration  No. 2,693,221 to list Etablissement Fournitures Hospitalieres  as the owner of the mark and registration.
