EXAMINER’S AMENDMENT - EA

 

In accordance with the authorization granted by Yates Dowell on March 24, 2004, the application has been AMENDED as indicated below.  Please note that if the identification of goods or services has been amended below, any future amendments must be in accordance with 37 C.F.R. 2.71(a); TMEP section 1402.07(e).  No response is necessary unless there is an objection to the amendment.  If there is an objection to the amendment, the applicant should notify the examining attorney immediately.

 

Class 5

 

The goods identified as “ultrasound transmission gel” are amended from International Class 10 to International Class 5 of the application.

 

The wording “medical instrument lense anti-fog solutions” is amended to read “medical instrument lens anti-fog solutions.”

 

Class 10

 

The wording “enema kits namely bowel cleaning kits consisting of laxative solutions and tablets and enema bottles and enema bags” is amended to read “enema kits namely bowel cleaning kits consisting of and enema bottles and enema bags, laxative solutions and tablets.”
