| In response to the post-registration office action issued herein on March 4, Registrant advises the resubmitted specimen attached herein is a true copy of the
specimen that was originally submitted with the Section 8 Affidavit. By way of explanation, the SYNCHRONY mark appears 1) etched on the right side at about 3 o'clock on the two bearings
facing the camera in the photograph on the left in the series, 2) on the blue label that appears on the lower of the two goods that appear in the middle photo of the series and 3) in
blue again on the top left of the brochure that appears in the third photograph in the series on the right. By way of illustration in support of the sufficiency of the original specimen as described
above, attached herein are separate photographs of the goods depicted in the first two photographs in the original specimen showing the mark as described above. |
