This is the third extension request.   The applicant has made the following ongoing efforts to use the mark in commerce on or in connection with each of those goods and/or services covered by the extension request: Applicant has not yet made technical trademark and servicemark usage on all the goods and services in all the Classes. Applicant continues to develop business and promotional plans and retains its bona fide intention to use the mark with respect to all Classes..
