Response to Office Action for Post-Registration Matters

To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

The following is submitted for registration number. 2879843 :

FORM INFORMATION

In response to the outstanding Office action of February 10, 2015, the following comments are offered:

The Examining Attorney is thanked for indicating that the portion of the Section 8 Affidavit that alleges continued use for the goods in classes 007 and 011 is accepted and that the Section 8 will be accepted for these goods and/or services.

The Examining Attorney maintained his refusal to accept the Section 8 Affidavit in class 037. The registrant wishes to delete the services in class 037 from the registrant’s Section 8 Declaration of Use.

The registrant respectfully requests that the Examining Attorney accept the registrant’s Section 8 Declaration for the goods in classes 007 and 011, and renew the registration with respect to the goods in classes 007 and 011.
