FIG. 2 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a sectional view which is taken along line 8-8 in FIG. 6;

FIG. 9 is a reference view thereof; and,

FIG. 10 is a reference view thereof.

FIG. 9 is a low-sided perspective view showing that the lower support of the subject design consists of a fixed part and a rotating part connected to the stand rod.

FIG. 10 shows a state of use in which a TV receiver is combined with a stand.

The broken lines shown in FIG. 9 indicate direction of movement and form no part of the claimed design. The broken lines shown in FIG. 10 illustrate environmental structure and form no part of the claimed design.
