Also, the lighter broken lines showing a shoe outsole, including any logo, form no part of the claimed design. The short broken lines on the claimed shoe upper surface depict stitching, which does form a part of the claimed design. The dot-dash broken lines define the bounds of the claimed design and forms no part thereof.
