FIG. 1 is a front view of a portion of a display panel or portion thereof with an animated graphical user interface showing the first image in a sequence of our new design;

FIG. 2 is a second image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a third image thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a fourth image thereof.

The appearance of the animated graphical user interface sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-4. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.

In the figures, the outmost broken line rectangle illustrates a display panel or portion thereof. The remaining broken lines illustrate portions of the graphical user interface. None of the broken lines form part of the claimed design.
