Description

This application is related to U.S. patent application Ser. No. 16/379,724, entitled "Mystery Symbol Bonus Symbol Reveal" and U.S. patent application Ser. No. 29/686,998, entitled "Display Screen or Portion Thereof With Transitional Graphical User Interface," both of which are being filed on the same day as the present application and both of which are hereby incorporated by reference and for all purposes.

FIG. 1 is a first image in a sequence of a display screen or portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is the second image thereof;

FIG. 3 is the third image thereof;

FIG. 4 is the fourth image thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is the fifth image thereof.

The subject matter in this patent includes a process or period in which an image changes into another image. This process or period forms no part of the claimed design.

The dashed broken line in the perimeter of the drawings illustrates a display screen or portion thereof and forms no part of the claimed design. The remaining dashed broken lines illustrate elements of the graphical user interface that form no part of the claim.

CLAIM We claim the ornamental design for a display screen or a portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface, as shown and described.
