The uneven-length broken lines serve as a boundary of the claimed design and form no part thereof. The even-length broken lines, showing of the remainder of the display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface, form no part of the claimed design. The appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-5.
