FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a partially enlarged cross-section side elevational view taken along line 5-5 of FIG. 2.

The broken lines shown in FIGS. 1, 4, and 5 illustrate portions of the foam tip and form no part of the claimed design.
