FIG. 3 is another front view thereof, showing the rear orientation of the icon;

FIG. 4 is another front view thereof, showing the left side orientation of the icon;

FIG. 5 is another front view thereof, showing the right side orientation of the icon;

FIG. 6 is another front view thereof, showing the top orientation of the icon; and,

FIG. 7 is another front view thereof, showing the bottom orientation of the icon.

The broken lines in the figures show a display screen or portion thereof, and form no part of the claimed design.

The claim is directed to an icon having a three-dimensional appearance for a display screen or portion thereof, and the appearance of the icon includes the orientations as shown. No ornamental aspects associated with the transition, or with the order of transition, of one orientation to another orientation are claimed.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with icon having a three-dimensional appearance, as shown and described.
