FIG. 3 is a top view of the wall plate in FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a bottom view of the wall plate in FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a side view of the wall plate in FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is the opposing side view of the wall plate in FIG. 5; and,

FIG. 7 is a cross section view thereof taken along line 7-7 in FIG. 3.

The ornamental design which is claimed is shown in solid lines in the drawings. The broken lines in the drawings illustrate portions of the wall plate and form no part of the claimed design.
