FIG. 3 is a right-side elevational view thereof, the top view being the same as the right-side elevational view, and the left-side elevational view being a mirror image of the right-side elevational view.

The broken lines immediately adjacent the shaded areas represent the bounds of the claimed design while all other broken lines are directed to unclaimed portions of the HVAC control device and are for illustrative purposes only; the broken lines form no part of the claimed design. The rear elevational view and the bottom view form no part of the claimed design.
