FIG. 9 is an exploded top perspective view thereof, showing an elongated channel body of a tool holding device that is configured to engaged with a shaft of the twist knob.

The broken line showing of the elongated channel body in FIG. 9 is included for the purpose of showing environmental structure and forms no part of the claimed design.
