The broken lines shown in the drawings represent portions of the shoe upper, Midsole Periphery and Outsole Bottom that form no part of the claimed design. The cross-hatched shading in FIGS. 1, 2, 4, 6 and 7 represents a knit material that forms the footwear upper.
