FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view thereof taken along a line IX-IX of FIG. 7 and a portion defined by an arrow A and an arrow B of FIG. 5, in which an internal structure thereof is not shown.

The broken lines showing the portions of the X-ray irradiation apparatus in all views shown represent unclaimed subject matter and form no part of the claimed design.

The dash-dot broken lines in FIGS. 1,2,4, and 7 define the bounds of the claimed design and form no part thereof.
