Description
This application claims priority from application Ser. No.
29/473,503, filed Nov. 22, 2013 for a new, original, and ornamental
design for a Display Screen or Portion Thereof With Graphical User
Interface, of which the following is a specification, with
reference being made to the accompanying drawings forming a part
hereof. The entire contents of the above priority application is
incorporated herein by reference for all purposes.
The FIGURE is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof
with graphical user interface showing our new design.
The long broken lines in the FIGURE show a display screen or
portions thereof that form no part of the claimed ornamental
design. The short broken lines show portions of the graphical user
interface that form no part of the claimed ornamental design.
