The portions of the bicycle wheel rim shown in dot-dash lines define the boundary of the claimed design and form no part of the claimed design. The portions of the bicycle wheel rim shown in dashed lines illustrate environment and form no part of the claimed design. For example, the spokes and central hub of the bicycle wheel rim are shown in dashed lines and form no part of the claimed design.
