FIG. 7 is a front perspective view thereof with the cross bar in a closed position;

FIG. 8 is a rear perspective view thereof with the cross bar in a closed position;

FIG. 9 is a front perspective view thereof with the cross bar in an opened position; and,

FIG. 10 is a top view thereof with the cross bar in an opened position.
