FIG. 6 is a left side elevational view of a carpenter's pencil;

FIG. 7 is a right side elevational view of a carpenter's pencil;

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view of a carpenter's pencil; and,

FIG. 9 is a bottom plan view of a carpenter's pencil.

The broken lines showing the cap, clip, grip and marking point and its housing are included for the purpose of showing portions of the carpenter's pencil that form no part of the claimed design.

The carpenter's pencils of FIGS. 8 and 9 each have the identical claimed design to the solid line showings of FIGS. 1-7.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a carpenter's pencil, as shown and described.
