FIG. 6 is an exploded perspective view from below of the combined box and holder in a partially opened configuration.

FIG. 7 is an exploded perspective view from above of the combined box and holder in a fully opened configuration.

FIG. 8 is a side elevation of the holder portion of the combined box and holder, shown separately for ease of illustration. All four side elevations are identical; and,

FIG. 9 is a bottom view of the holder portion of the combined box and holder, shown separately for ease of illustration.
