FIG. 2 is a front view in elevation thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear view in elevation thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left (medial) side view in elevation thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right (lateral) side view in elevation thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof.

The midsole illustrated is a first embodiment showing a right-footed form of the shoe midsole. A second embodiment of the shoe midsole is for the left-footed form of the shoe midsole, which is a mirror image of the right-footed form, is not illustrated.
