No claim is made to the dashed line regions on the shoe sole,
including the inner tread-region and toe-region and the shoe upper
as the dashed lines indicate disclaimed portions forming no part of
the claimed design, and the break-lines (dash-dot-dash) indicate
the boundaries of the claimed portions. No claim is made to the top
portion or side portions of the shoe, other than in claimed-lining
in any of the figures, and this is shown as an environmental
illustration only to aid the public. No portion of the claimed shoe
sole is visible directly from the top and this view is eliminated
for that reason.
The present invention is a shoe sole.
