FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is an enlarged view of part VII of the cover glass of FIG. 2; and,

FIG. 8 is an enlarged view of part VIII of the cover glass of FIG. 2.

The broken lines in the figures are for the purpose of illustrating environmental structures and form no part of the claimed design.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a handheld electronic device, as shown and described.
