FIG. 6 is a front view of a sixth image thereof.

The appearance of the animated image transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1 to 6.

The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.

The broken lines are for purposes of illustrating the environment of a display screen only and form no part of the claimed invention.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a display screen with a transitional icon for a graphical user interface, as shown and described.
