FIG. 2 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front view thereof, with the rear view being identical thereto;

FIG. 4 is an enlarged cross section taken along lines 4-4 of FIG. 2; and,

FIG. 5 is an enlarged cross section taken along lines 5-5 of FIG. 2.
