FIG. 1 is a top, left, front perspective view of a surgical
instrument according to our design;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;
FIG. 4 is a left side elevation view thereof;
FIG. 5 is a right side elevation view thereof;
FIG. 6 is a front elevation view thereof; and,
FIG. 7 is a rear elevation view thereof.
The broken line portion of the figure drawings is included to show
unclaimed subject matter only for the purpose of illustrating
environment and forms no part of the claimed design.
In a preferred embodiment, the nature of this product is a surgical
instrument that is configured to insert an implant into a body,
such as an intervertebral implant between adjacent vertebrae.
