FIG. 4 illustrates a top view of the adaptor of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 5 illustrates a bottom view of the adaptor of FIG. 1.

The broken lines are included for the purpose of illustrating unclaimed portions of the tissue suspension adaptor and form no part of the claimed design.
