FIG. 5 shows a left side view surgical head support cushion;

FIG. 6 shows a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 shows a bottom view thereof.

The broken lines are included for the purpose of illustrating portions of the surgical head support cushion that forms no part of the claimed design.

The surgical head support cushion is intended for use as a facial support for face down procedures.
