The broken lines are included for the purpose of illustrating portions of the bubble generating vacuum toy including surface details that form no part of the claimed design.

The appearance within the unshaded regions recessed within the openings showing in FIGS. 2 and 6 likewise forms no part of the claimed design.

CLAIM We claim the ornamental design for a bubble generating vacuum toy, as shown and described.
