FIG. 2 is a bottom, perspective thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a left-side view thereof, the right-side view being a mirror image of the left-side view; and,

FIG. 8 is a bottom perspective view showing the flash memory device with the retractable cap in an extended position hiding the flash memory device's connector.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a flash memory device having a retractable cap, as shown and described.
