FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view of the appliance knob of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 6 is a first side elevation view of the appliance knob of FIG. 1, with the second side elevation view being a mirror image of the first side elevation view.

CLAIM We claim the ornamental design for an appliance knob, as shown and described.
