FIG. 8 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a top perspective view thereof in a closed configuration;

FIG. 10 is a cross sectional view thereof in an open configuration taken along axis 10-10 in FIG. 12;

FIG. 11 is a cross sectional view thereof taken along axis 11-11 in FIG. 12; and,

FIG. 12 is a bottom perspective view thereof with cross-section reference axes.
