Description

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a multi-port implantable medical device showing my new design. The vertical center portion and a horizontal portion are shown broken away to indicate that no specific height or width of the multi-port implantable medical device forms part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a left side view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a right side view thereof.

The portions of my design shown in broken lines are provided for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
