FIG. 4 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a side view of the toolholder along lines "5-5" in FIG. 3; and,

FIG. 6 is a side view of the toolholder along lines "6-6" in FIG. 3.

The phantom line showing, indicated by continuous equally spaced dashes, is environmental only and forms no part of the claimed design.

The broken line showing, indicated by alternating long and short dashes, is used for defining a boundary of the claimed part.
