FIG. 4 is a top plan view of the optical element for a helmet visor of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view of the optical element for a helmet visor of FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is an upper front perspective view of the optical element for a helmet visor of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 7 is a upper rear perspective view of the optical element for a helmet visor of FIG. 1.

The portions of the Figures shown in phantom lines are for illustrative purpose only and form no part of the claimed design.

FIGS. 1-7 are drawings of a solar powered light attenuating optical element for attachment to a helmet visor or other eye shielding device, in which the solar cell perimeter and a portion of the transparent viewing portion of the optical element are claimed. Applicants reserve the right to claim (i.e., by showing in solid lines or as shaded surfaces) all or part of the portions of the design currently disclaimed, either in a continuation application or by amendment of the drawings of the present application. Applicants further reserve the right to disclaim (i.e., by showing in phantom lines or removing surface shading) all or part of the portions of the design currently disclaimed, either in a continuation application or by amendment of the drawings of the present application.
