FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a perspective view that has been enlarged and is shown without the transparent material for ease of understanding thereof.

The broken line showing of the portion of the hat behind the brim depicts environmental subject matter only and forms no part of the claimed design.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a brim with transparent plastic lens for hard hat, as shown and described.
