FIG. 8 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of the hand-held electrical device embodying our new design;

FIG. 9 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 10 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 11 is a back view thereof;

FIG. 12 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 13 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 14 is a bottom view thereof.

In FIGS. 1-6, the broken lines which connect the outer, solid contour lines and which are immediately adjacent the shading lines represent the bounds of the claim. In FIGS. 1-13, all other remaining broken lines illustrate portions of the article. None of the broken lines forms part of the claimed design.
