FIG. 6 is an exploded perspective view thereof illustrating the insert normally nested within the outer shell of the FIG. 1 configuration;

FIG. 7 is a front elevation view of the insert portion of FIG. 6, the opposite side is identical;

FIG. 8 is a front elevational view of the insert portion of FIG. 6, the opposite side is identical;

FIG. 9 is a top plan view of the insert of FIG. 6; and,

FIG. 10 is a bottom plan view of the insert of FIG. 6.
