FIG. 1 is a plan view of the first embodiment of our design for a lens blank having a surface pattern applied thereto;

FIG. 2 is a plan view of a second embodiment of our design for a lens blank shown in FIG. 1 having a surface pattern applied thereto;

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the first embodiment shown in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the second embodiment shown in FIG. 2.

The lens blank circular outline shown by a broken line in each of FIGS. 2 to 4 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed two solid line design.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a lens blank having a surface pattern applied thereto, as shown and described.
