FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a right side elevational view thereof; the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 8 is a right side elevational view thereof; with the body sloped backward; and,

FIG. 9 is a right side elevational view thereof; with the body sloped forward.

The broken lines in the drawing views are included for the purpose of illustrating portions of the scanner for x-ray tomography diagnosis apparatus that form no part of the claimed design

CLAIM The ornamental design for a scanner for x-ray tomography diagnosis apparatus, as shown and described.
