FIG. 4 is a magnified top plan view of a part of the surgical retractor illustrated in FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a magnified front elevational view of the part illustrated in FIG. 4, the rear elevational view of the part being a mirror image; and,

FIG. 6 is a magnified left side elevational view of the part illustrated in FIG. 4.

The broken lines immediately adjacent the shaded areas represent the bounds of the claimed design while all other broken lines are directed to environment and are for illustrative purposes only; the broken lines form no part of the claimed design.
