FIG. 10 is a further perspective view thereof in use.

In FIGS. 3, 4, and 7 the broken lines depict portions of the coupling member that form no part of the claimed design. In FIGS. 8, 9, and 10 the broken lines depict environmental subject matter only and form no part of the claimed design.
