This application relates to and claims priority from U.S. Ser. No. 12/619,844, filed concurrently herewith, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of one embodiment of the present invention.

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the rear view being a mirror image thereof.

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the bottom view being a mirror image thereof.

FIG. 4 is a right side elevation view of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the left side being a mirror image thereof.

FIG. 5 is a front perspective view of a second embodiment of the present invention, showing a use configuration.

FIG. 6 is the front perspective view of FIG. 5.

FIG. 7 is a front elevation view of the embodiment in FIG. 6.

FIG. 8 is a top plan view of the embodiment in FIG. 6, the bottom view being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 9 is a right side elevation view of the embodiment in FIG. 6, the left side being a mirror image thereof.
